Compose Work Record

Each send creates a linked task. Direct sends can become assignments immediately; team sends enter the team queue.

Reference Protocol Every send creates a message reference and a linked task record for follow-up and search.
Shared Item Rule Use extra notes, URLs, and files only when they improve the task record. Files always require a full dossier.
Operations roles can route work to teams or create direct assignments. Assignees are limited to direct task requests only.
General message: use this for routine internal communication that still needs a reference code.

Attachment Dossier

Task details shape the linked queue record. Shared items remain attached to the message for retrieval later.

Direct sends can become assignments. Team sends always create one queued task for the selected team.

Extra Notes

Add structured notes when the main body is not enough.

URLs

Link runbooks, documents, tickets, or evidence pages.

Files

Upload documented files. Each file is stored on the server with its own transfer reference and dossier.

Selected Record

Open any Inbox, Sent, or Archive row to inspect the linked task, recipients, shared items, and activity trail.

Select a message from Inbox, Sent, or Archive to inspect its full details and linked shared items.

Archive Search

Search task-linked notes, URLs, files, and the message body by keywords, reference codes, category, team, and item type.

Bulk Export Package

Archive export uses the current Query, Reference, Sender, Team, Category, Item Type, and Date filters. Team plus Date From/To are required for package and manifest downloads.
